We offer nonpublic and public information to carefully screened and certified entitie s who are legally qualified to receive this information under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), the Drivers Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), among other applicable state and federal laws.

This Privacy Policy covers LocatePLUS’s website, and LocatePLUS’s practices for handling personal information provided to LocatePLUS over the Internet by the general public using LocatePLUS’s publicly available website. LocatePLUS will collect, store, and use personally identifiable information only in compliance with applicable laws.

If you are using this website to open an account with LocatePLUS, we collect the information requested on our account application form, including contact information and financial information (such as credit card number or billing information). This information is used for internal purposes, such as account establishment, billing, fulfillment of orders and customer service. We will also request credentialing material from entities or individuals seeking to use LocatePLUS services and search features in order to verify their eligibility to access such services and information. This credentialing process is discussed in greater detail in the LocatePLUS User Agreement, which new users must complete before they begin the approval and credentialing process.

How We Use Your Personal Information
When your personal information is collected on LocatePLUS’s publicly accessible website, LocatePLUS will inform you at the point of collection of the purpose for the collection. LocatePLUS will use your personal information only in the way we specify when it is collected unless you consent to a different use. For example, LocatePLUS may use personal information submitted in an account application to set up and maintain your account. LocatePLUS also may use the personal information you provide to answer your questions and inquiries, to support LocatePLUS’s own recruitment activities in response to your inquiries into LocatePLUS’s job postings, and to provide newsletters and other information (if any) that you have requested.

LocatePLUS may acquire other businesses, and other businesses may acquire LocatePLUS. Cookies and Tracking Technology

LocatePLUS is prohibited from removing the account information of its registered users from its database for record keeping purposes.

People Under Age 18
LocatePLUS does not offer services to any person under the age of 18, and this website is not directed to people under the age of 18. LocatePLUS does not knowingly collect information about people under the age of 18.
